Internet not working?
First thing to know….there are VERY few options for internet in Mammoth. We have Optimum (was Suddenlink) and they are about the only game in town. While their speeds have improved. Here are the instructions from Suddenlink/Optimum to restart the modem and router if the internet isn’t working:
Restarting your modem and/or router will often resolve connectivity issues.
- Find your modem. It will be connected to the coax cable from the wall in the downstairs bedroom
- Unplug your modem from the power by disconnecting the power cord from the back of the modem. Leave it unplugged for several minutes
- Plug the power back into your modem
- Check your Internet connection by opening a new web browser window.
